Manufacturing fin dies is our specialization.

We developed a wide experience in this field so our fin dies are now working in Italy as well as in the world, from Argentina to Thailand, from Spain to France, Turkey, Greece, Polland, Venezuela…..

We are on the market since more than 30 years and we have always been following our Customers in their increasing needs of production and flexibility.

‘Tailor’s fitting’ our dies upon our Customers’ needs and their production demands has always been our special quality.

All of our dies are fully studied and manufactured in A.M.P., thus allowing us the full control on the quality of all the working stages, and an important flexibility .

The wide range of problematics we had to face in this field carried us to develop specific tools and manufacturing solutions to make easier the production of heat exchangers fins and to solve the most frequent problems such as lubrication and cleaning of the hole piercing station.

Thus we passed from small onebody fin dies working aluminium thickness 0.25-0.30mm, by mean of mineral lubricants, to sector fin dies whose dimensions may reach 2500x1000mm or more, working aluminium thickness 0.10mm and evaporative lubricants, reaching actual working speeds around 250 strokes x 1’.

This means technical solutions ‘ad hoc’, developed and agreed together with the Customer himself, able to satisfy a wide range of requests.
Infact we may study and manufacture small/compact fin dies or high production modular fin dies, equipped with many interchangeable units as well as combined fin dies which accomplish different collars diameters on the same pattern.
