Products - Other dies in the field of heat exchangers -

To the purpose of giving our Customers a complete range of dies in the field of heat exchangers, we also study and manufacture dies for the frames of the coils.

- Lateral frame got in one press stroke -

We studied and developed special toolings which allow getting the hole for the tube drawn and swedjed in one working stage only, thus ensuring that not any burrs could damage the tube itself.

- Lower part of a frame die -

The frames are normally made out of aluminium or galvanized steel sheets and their thickness normally varies from 0.8mm to 1.5mm

All of our frame dies are equipped with front and lateral adjustable positioning stops which make it possible and safe to vary the distance from the holes for the tubes and the edge of the frame.

It is also possible to quick engage or desengage each punch by means of a shim, in the upper part of the die

We also manufacture the dies which pierce and draw the big holes on the sheets of the fans for the air cooled coils.

The hole and its collar are got in one working stage, only.
