Being long experienced in studying and manufacturing precision dies, and thanks to the wide range of equipments in tooling machinaries, we can also support our Customers by our outside working service in many different fields.

Our spark erosion machines department has two modern plants, max operating range 800 x 600 x height 400 mm

- Samples got by 4 axis wire spark erosion -

The milling department is equipped with CNC machining centers as well as CNC milling machines having an operating range of mm. 3000 x 1000 x 800

This immersion-type wire erosion plant may perform precision cuts using wire diameter 0.10mm

The grinding department too, equipped with CNC modern machines, covers an operating range upto 3000 x 1000mm , thus allowing to work big plates and structures all in a once, without any need of repositioning.

Such way equipped, we can manufacture special die plates, frames and structures on demand of our Customers, as well as small lots of pieces requiring different mechanical working steps ( milling, thermic treatment, grinding, wire erosion cutting...)
